Today our double bench case 10720 was listed at 68 no. The respondent's lawyer submitted that he needs time to review AOS rejoinder which we was filled in the court on 27th Feb 2026 as counter reply to respondent's reply on the day . Although as per court procedure it was delivered & acknowledged for the receipt of the rejoinder by his office. Acknowledgement given by his office is brought out to the notice of the judge . Judges instructed to list it next week to argue. Hope for best .
