Grievance Offline Form

If you prefer to submit your grievance physically, you can download the official form below. Please fill it out completely and submit it to the NORA office.

Steps to Submit Offline

  1. Download the grievance form.
  2. Print the form on A4 size paper.
  3. Fill in all the required details clearly.
  4. Attach any supporting documents if necessary.
  5. Submit the hard copy to the Association office.
