Today case came on argument. Next date is 21 April for argument & Decision

NPCIL Lawyer submitted that the matter has been referred to Union of India , their solicitor general will pursue the case . Requested for adjournment. Hon Judge accepted the request of respondents &, fixed date of argument on 21 April. ASG , Govt of india will argue on 21 April from the NPCIL side. Now it is clear that our rejoinder has been sent to the Govt of India MoL who gave the exclusion from the applicability of 1952 under 16(1)b . Be confident we will win the case .
