Today NPCIL Lawyer together with lawyer appointed by DAE submitted that the matter has been referred to Union of India , their solicitor general will now pursue the case . Requested for adjournment. Hon Judge accepted the request of respondents &, fixed the date of argument on 21 April. ASG , Govt of india will argue on behalf of union of India on 21 April from the NPCIL side. Now it is clear that our rejoinder has been sent to the Govt of India MoL who granted the exclusion from the applicability of 1952 under 16(1)b . Since now the issue has been transferred to the department who happens to be root cause of remedial of NPCIL negligence and MoL can not deny that they did not have exclusion assuring them self as NPCIL will comply their own commitment hence friends be confident we will be wining the case .
Good Luck
