Jodhpur 21st April 2026 double bench hearing news

PUBLISHED ON: Tuesday, April 21, 2026| Tags: Event

Today's ASG Govt of India as respondent could not apeared in person due to the reason that yesterday he met an accident at Jodhpur . However he appeared on VC & submitted that he is not prepared yet to argue due to non receipt of reply from Govt of India to the writ thus he needs more time to submit the reply. Judge shown his disagreement of the submission & mentioned that; you have lot of resources for these works even though you are not able to submit the reply since last 6 month , so this submission can not be entertained prolonged for indefinite period . Kindly update your system to save court time & submit a reply within next week .

Admitting the advise to update the system he submitted that by the next date he will be ready to argue . While arguing he also submitted that more than 95% of the NPCIL employees are happy with the scheme & they opted DCPS 2025 without any descent & with their own willing without any pressure of us but some 5% people are adamant to opt this excellent scheme launched by NPCIL with approval of DAE evolved for the benefit of the employees also such aggrieved employees approaching court after 35 years of their joining to NPCIL in demand of CCS pension .

Our lawyer contended the argument. & submitted that , Sir this case is filled in 2025 against DCPS 2025 hence this submission is a wague arguments to deny our legitimate demand. Considering the argument together with request of ASG the court adjourned the argument by fixing the next date as 18th may for final arguments & advised ASG to come prepared for arguments on 18th May 2026.
