Today NPCIL ASG Shri Bharat Vyas through VC mentioned that the reply from the Union of India is still awaited & he needs more time to file .

Our counsel prayed that NPCIL is excusing third time for their non response , they furnished same request on earlier hearing also . Basically any how they want to delay our hearing so that they can complete the implementation of DCPS 2025 through their unlawfully deeds by delaying the legal proceedings hence cannot be allowed indefinitely.

Judge ordered that DAE is being given a last opportunity to file the reply & instructed that both party hall come prepared to argue next time on 13th July . June is summer vacation of courts .
