On 23.09.2026 NPCIL through filling of Affidavit denied to submit board Subcommittee report to the court quoting that it is an advisory committee & BoD are not bound to consider the recommendation as decision, also NPCIL is not bound produce it before court .

They also denied the pension to NPCIL recruites as per exclusion 16(1)b clause of EPF & MP act 1952 saying that although the clause provides an option to grant CPF or old age pension but being PSU NPCIL under article 13 & 60 (i) is free to frame a pension scheme for the benefit of employees and accordingly they have framed the DCPS 2025 which is a beautiful scheme & more that 90% have opted it .

Simultaneously while misguiding the court with filling these contrary facts they did some blunder , which i would like to use in the process of court hearing .
