Consequent to desolution of AOS , every AOS members are requested to become a member of NORA

Out of 249 petitioners only 95 officers have taken membership of NORA . You are well aware that AOS has been resolved completing all formalities. Very soon decision is comming & NPCIL is planning to move supreme court . So it is very clear that after winning the case we will have to fight them on the NORA platform only . There may not be any restrictions on our old petitioners list . Even NORA members may object to list the non Members to a new course of fighting the case .So be informed that only members of NORA will be annexed as eligible employees to get relief sought from the supreme court. It is also a matter of concern that within two three months of filing the reply to NPCIL writ , we will be there also. So please be informed that consequence if any for non Membership of NORA will not be liability of NORA GC.
