Conduction of GB regarding

As per opinion obtained through this group few aspirants are only interested to conduct a GB however some aspirants conveyed that it's not proper time to do so .

Also in my opinion & accordance to previous GB experience the GB can be conducted to discuss an event or prior to an event . This week we are trying to get the new date to proceed for final hearing , which is probably may be declared this week in joining of new CJ ..

I understand that since last few month no GB was conducted & officers are quresive to know the status cum development in our both cases .

So till a GB is conducted I like to keep you all friends updated on the matter thuogh all our media channel.

Its to informed that

-early hearing application is pending with registrar to list the case 7518.

Double bench case 10720 case could not be listened on 4th Aug due to non sitting of acting CJ who's against Bar Counsel was on strike.

Today the court has resumed & our counsel is to mention for listing the skipped case this week.

I am regularly pursuing the lawyer to get the case listed .

It's learnt that a JCC meeting is scheduled on 10th KK site to take decision on amend the DCPS 2025 for its applicability with effect from date of joining together with exclusion from liability of levying of tax on employees . Although these may be good for pro rate pensioners but simultaneously its not going to benifit us , so please don't get confused with such type of malfied acts of JCC . We are at verge to winning as HQ has filled a contempt of court against NPCIL. Also court gave the last opportunity to reply upto 13 july 2026 which union of India already failed to comply .

Court has forfeited the right to respond on writ/ rejoinder to the union of India.

NORA wrote a letter to CMD , DHR , Chairman AEC , Chairman DAE, BoD , Chief secretary DAE , Company secretary NPCIL , Director NITI Ayog Delhi , Secretary, Cabinet Secretary union of India to intervene into the matter to have a meeting with all stake holder for out of court settlement to our demand (its part of normal proceeding before going to final argument) as last resort consequent to non response of union of India, all independent Directors of NPCIL . Same has been delivered to them . Same letter AOS also been wrote in Jan 2025 & recorded as delivered . You can see both letters at NORA site.

Pls wait some time I will schedule GB very soon , same time I will request you all to ensure highest number of officers at GB so that front line fighthers remains motivated .
