NPCIL submitted today that e verdict of Madurai bench of Madras high court has disposed both their cases of KKNPP recording the statement of respondentsl lawyer. Detailed order is yet to be dictated & issued by honourable judge Madras high court.

Considering the submission of respondant counsel. Listening both the counsel Rajasthan High court judge ordered that the case shall be listed on 9th OCt 2026 for final argument & disposal expecting that madurai bench will release the relevant order . Although both petition is diffrence on the prayer & not expectations to influence others still judge wanted to see it before going to final argument.

Crucks of disposal at Madurai bench is that NPCIL is giving pension in addition to PF for the period 1987 to 2006 Dec also. Judge recorded it & order will be issued very soon .

We contacted the petitioner & requested them to get the order issued to forward to us so that we can proceed considering all the facts & orders for final argument & disposal.
